- Product must be unused and packed in the original packaging.
- Clear product opening video is compulsory before making any claim for replacement
- If a different or used/damaged product is received, replacement will be cancelled.
- Once we receive and verify the product, your replacement order will be dispatched.
- Replacement requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery
